I-BHD entered into property development 6 years ago. The company decided to undertake the construction of first digital city called i-city. It is the first digital city of the country. This construction has helped the group to be among the top property developers in the world. Jerde was aware that if the architecture is good, that quality is maintained.

So, included Digital Lights with its 1 million LED Lights in i-City. The whole development of i-City would be done by 2020.i-Berhard would brand i-City’s upcoming residential projects. EU is also looking forward for new innovations in the city. This also has increased the economic value of the city.
