Air Tax by European Union

AIR TAX BY EUROPEAN UNION

China is not ready to pay the Air Tax to European Union. This resulted that China’s airlines is been prevented to fly from European airports. The EU is been fighting against global warming so they charged a fee to allow the right to pollute. Before seven years, a plan was passed to charge the airlines which into or out European countries. But as time passed EU raised their prices which create problems. U.S, India and many other countries are opposing it. Even the Chinese agency is also against paying these raised fees.

Many countries are against it and also trying to make EU to thank for it. All are trying that EU resolves these issues and have realistic attitude towards it. Even the penalty charges by the EU are also high. The EU can also ban the airlines in their airport. The EU is strictly following their law. They say that if China wishes to work with Europe they have to respect and obey their laws.

They say that China would find something new for there airlines. The U.S. congress says that this law is illegal. EU provides other ways also to compensate these charges by other form of carbon reduction which indirectly decreases the pollution. EU says that they are fed up by debates on this topic yet U.S. does not take some action on it. So, they decided to charge tax on airlines. They strictly respect their law and do not favor to back down it. Thus they are strongly following their law and also ask other countries to follow it if they wish to work with EU.
